Integrative Relaxation for Emotional and Mental Well Being

Einstein once said that "the mind that created the problem will not be the mind that solves the problem." Much of our life is driven by our mental and emotional patterns, by our past experiences and fears. So, how do we create the state of mind where solutions arise?

Integrative Relaxation, based on the Amrit Method ™ of Yoga Nidra, offers a series of simple easy to practice techniques using body, breath and awareness to produce a deep state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

"One session lasts about 35-40 minutes and creates a deep brain state where you will plant a personalized intention to resolve specific stressors or emotions," explains Dr. Anne-Marie Derouault, certified Amrit Method ™ Yoga Nidra instructor. "Several intentions can be designed with the help of the facilitator and evolve as needed to progressively release negative emotions and guide your journey towards personal growth and happiness. Most people experience immediate results. With practice you will see that what once upset you no longer causes the same reaction."

For information on workshops and private sessions call 321-431-5054 or email annmaryd@earthlink.net. In February, 50% discount on the first session will be offered to Natural Awakenings readers.
