Nancy Norton joined The Entrepreneur's Source because of her desire to help people achieve their career dreams and because of the support and training she receives from this organization. Nancy's background in Advertising, Marketing,and Corporate Management has given her a thorough understanding of the issues and concerns currently facing individuals employed in the New Career Economy as well as the 5 Biggest Dangers facing small to mid-sized businesses which could impact their bottom line. She is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. Additionally, she consistantly attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone her coaching skills so that she can better serve her clients. She prides herself on her ability to help individuals achieve their dreams of personal freedom and taking control of their future in addition to helping existing businesses find solutions that could help become more profitable.
