Laura Barnes, owner of Southern Salt Therapies, is excited to announce the opening of her state-of-the-art facility in September. Southern Salt Therapies will house top-of-the-line salt generators and 11,000 pounds of pure pink Himalayan salt. “Himalayan salt contains 84 elements and trace elements found in the human body,” says Barnes. “Salt ions purify the air, increase lung capacity and reduce physical ailments making it a great option for athletes and to stay healthy during flu or allergy seasons.”
