Table Top Thai and Thai Foot Massage Therapy Available
Ginger Taylor is now accepting clients for Table Top Thai massage. Often called Lazy Man’s Yoga, it effectively and passively stretches and relaxes the muscles, allowing them to achieve an improved range of motion. Unlike most massage modalities that utilize massage oils and require you to disrobe and climb under a sheet on a massage table, Table Top Thai massage is performed while you are fully clothed, on a padded massage table. The therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches and also applies deep muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure. This massage technique treats the energy lines of the body through stretches and acupressure points. A typical session is 60-90 minutes long. Taylor also offers a 60-minute relaxing Thai Foot massage, working the foot, calf and knee acupressure points.
“Table Top Thai massage aids in boosting energy and improving range of motion and flexibility,” says Taylor. “It can also relieve tension headaches, reduce back pain, relieve muscle pain, spasticity and joint stiffness, stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage, and calm the nervous system.”
Ginger Taylor, LMT also offers Advanced Integrated Therapies including CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Gentle Scar Release, Advanced Pain Management, Prenatal Massage, Luminous Face-Lifting Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
